What are you making while in quarantine? Being stuck at home has its benefits.....saving money by cooking at home, fresher ingredients, creativity in the kitchen. We have salads, melon soup, breakfast grain and berry bowl, mushroom fettuccine, quickpea quiche, tempeh enchiladas with mole sauce, cole slaw and roasted corn (oh, and a couple of cold ones).
