Still on the road, unfortunately

After one of the worst 24 hours I've spent, I want to shout out to some people that took me out of my head for awhile. Rich and Richard, thanks for dinner and getting me to focus on anything other than the day. Carrie, thanks for the drinks and positive thoughts...you don't find that often. I do believe that you meet people in life to keep pointing you in the right direction.

I finally decided I had to eat so I made my Dreamy Creamy avocado pasta and added some balsamic vinegar. Easy, tasty and filling, not to mention my new comfort food.
