I'm on the road for work for a couple weeks. I decided to do a little research to see what fat free vegan alternatives are available and could find none. I came across this website that created a cool formula to make a ridiculous number of possibilities for protein energy bars. They created 8 categories of ingredients, came up with the quantities you use from each category, so all you have to do is measure, mix and bake. Enjoy.
